selection texts

Hi All,

I have copied a std program to custom program and have added some fields on the selection screen.

But the selection text is not getting reflecting to that added fields. Suggest me how to proceed.

Hi,

Have you copied the selection texts too.Check them once through menupath goto>Textelemets>Selection texts.

Check whether you have activated them or not. They migh be in inactive mode.

Hi,

Do the following:

Click on menu->Goto-> Text Elements-> Selection text and then add the selection text, you will get it.

Follow path Goto->Text Elements->Selection Texts and change give texts for selection fields.

Definitely it will get reflected in the selection screen.

But check for the below things once again.

1. Activate the text elements and program once again.

2. If you are logging in another language, do not forget to translate.

3. For selection screen fields, if you are using the text element as commet line, then check the length of the text.

hi ,

Please copy standard program in this steps

1) go to se 38

2) select program name to copy

3) Press CTRL + f5 or there is option on standard tool bar to copy program

4) while copying give destination program name

5) press copy

6) it will ask for selection of varients , screen ,documentation

select which you required such as screen and include

where you will copy selection text also

7) after copying activate program and include if any

Former users are no longer active, so don't expect too much.

(Also copy of standard is not often a good idea..., use search tool)
