Selection screen in splitter container

Hi All,

Can anyone help me how to add selection screen like select-options: matnr for mara-matnr etc..in custom container.

I have one custom container and i splitted into left panel and right panel. My left panel will be selection screen, Once user enters the selection in left panel right panel should be populated with data.

I know we can use text editor to create input output field on container but I have 5-6 select options

I don't think you can add a selection screen

Containers can hold only controls (e.g. ALV grid, tree, etc.) and other containers but not normal dynpro (screen) elements.

How about draw it directly w/o custom container.

I think you will have to use CL_GUI_HTML_EDITOR. I dont remember the exactly class name, but you will have to do it in HTML.

I had similar problem. You can not include screen in the container.

Hi,

Just an idea.

If the result of the user parameter is displayed via some control (ALV, graphics, pictures etc.)

You can display them in a popup.

Was going throught the docking container demo program it suits my requirement , was trying to create it in subscreen but output is not displayed
