SE09-How to shift a Tcode (Ztcode) from one Req. id to another.

Hi,

I have two Diff. Req. ids ( say, DEVKA & DEVKB),

Both Req. ids are on Development Server.

Req. id DEVKA has Report ZA and Tcode ZABC.

Req. id DEVKB has Report ZB.

Here, I want to transfer the Tcode ZABC in Req. id DEVKB. Is it possible??

( I try to delete and recreate the same Tcode in SE93, but it's asking only package and not Req. id )

Hi,

Based on your question what I understood is

In the same Transport request, you have two task Requests with different used ID's,

In this case you can follow one of the below procedures,

Procedure1:

1) Delete ZABC Object from Task Request of DEVKA using DEVKA's login ID and once it is getting deleted

2) Login with DEVKB login ID and change TCOde ZABC(Change text just to take in this request), while saving it will ask for request, you can include the objecyt in this request

Procedure2:

Change user for Task of DEVKB to Task of DEVKA, using change user option of SE09 on Application toolabar and after that follow the procedure provided by Mr. Madhukar.

Hi,

just follow the steps

1. Goto sub-request display by Double click on the request .

2. goto object tab , open in change mode

3. Then copy

Transaction	R3TR	TRAN	ZAPR

4. Then delete this line from the request .

5. Paste this line in the request which u want to add

For this go to SE10 and get the tcode ZABC attributes in Req. id DEVKA and add it to Req. id DEVKB and further if you dont need you can deleted it from Req. id DEVKA

Thank you All.

Both Requests are for Same UserId.

I tried the way, But The Tcode (object) is locked at Subrequest.

I am unable to Delete it.

And the Tcode 'ZABC' is given by Users, so I can't changes it. I have to attach same Tcode for Report.

Hi Priya,

Sol1 :-Goto SE03 and the select "Change Object Directory Entries"> Then enter Package name. After that select your T.Code> Double click and try changing the package. It Should ask for the req. Just try that.

Req. id DEVKA has Report ZA and Tcode ZABC.

Req. id DEVKB has Report ZB.

Sol2:-In Req. id DEVKA, if you have only report, then you can delete Req. id DEVKA using SE03 you have to Unlock the request first then delete and then save that T.Code in the required Request. For Report ZA, create a new request.

Hi,

First take request on your user name through change user option in SE09 application bar.

If it is already on your userID then expand whole tree of the request, then try to delete ZABC transaction object, it will give you pop up saying objects is locked.............

Give yes on the pop-up,

Object will be deleted and you can include the same as specified in other messages.
