use se63 tcode to change to different languages.

in the change mode of form-->

FORM--->Copy from..

there u give the language u want

regrads.

in 4.7 version

GO TO se63 tcoed

take path

translation->R3enterprise->otherlongtexts

select forms in it in that giveobject name source language and target language and click on edit

if 4.6c version

goto se63 tcode take path translation->longtext->sapscript

and proceed with same as above steps
