Screen Painter

I am using Windows XP, SP 2. The graphical layout screen editor is not opening, instead alphanumeric Screen Painter is opening.

Please suggest if there are any specific patches available.

is that your are working through VPN , generally this is the problem that occurs when you login in to other network through VPN . If yes then either go to VPN through DSL or develop it in your local sytem and upload the same.

check the graphical layout window checkbox
