SCASEPS LOAD ATRIBUTES RECORD WITH ATRIBUTES CASE

Hi gurus,

In scaseps we have created a CASE .

In CASE we have a RECORD

When we save Case atributes, they aren't written in record atributes.

How we can do it?

HI,

For records we have a two way flag in dmwb..1.Inherit 2. pass on..for case we have a seperate customizing in attribute profile where we define that the attribute value needs to be inherites/passed on

1. We have maintain the inheritence for the case attibutes and say that the values are to be passed on

2. IN dmwb for record we have to mantain that the values have to be inherited.

Even after this if the inheritence does not happen...Please check the attribute name..it has to be same in case attribute profile and dmwb for record.

Please check if all of these are fine. If not provide details on same and I can help solve it better.
