SBWP - Inbox Documents folder count error

Hi all,

I have an annoyance with the SAP GUI inbox. ECC6. (had it before in 4.6c)

Some users go to the inbox, open the tree, in the Documents they see a count of "1".

Click on the folder, then the count resets to "0". i.e. no documents were there but the count is ALWAYS "1" when they look at the inbox - Documents folder.

I had this issue in 4.6c, but it just went away. (Or users just quit complaining. ?)

This is occuring for me in my dev client, but no others.

Setting somewhere? Something stuck?

I execute this SO_INBOX_ENTRIES_COUNT and RESUB is always 1. and no idea where it is getting it. I have NOTHING I can see in inbox. No WFs, not Docs, etc.

Thanks

Ah!

One more detail. For myself, I have:

SOFM-RESUB = 2.

What does the "2" mean, and how do I set to SPACE? It is cause incorrect counts.

Help on the field:

SAPoffice: folder entry is a resubmitted object

Values:

SPACE - no resubmission

'1' - resubmission

'2' - last resubmission
