Save layout options not working in custom controller screen

Unable to create layout save option . Pls help me.

I have been reffered these report also BCALV_GRID_09.

Check passed value of  [gs_]layout-report and [x_]save in copied report, you could also check current values during a test run with The Consistency Check of the ALV grid.

Its not a alv output its like module pool screen. I m not getting save layout options......
