i need to know the sequence of steps carried out to modify the layoutset MEDRUCK for PO and modify standard layout set for Sales Order .

copy medruck to Zmedruck and make your changes.

YOU CANNOT MODIFY medruck UNLESS YOU HAVE A ACCESS KEY.

YOU CAN MAKE A COPY AND MAKE THE CHANGES.

Hi,

You can't modify the standard form so copy it into Z* and modify the form.

Goto SE71 transaction, click UTILITIES in the menu and select COPY FROM CLIENT.

Give the standard form whichu want copy into Z** name.
