SAPLHTTP_RUNTIME error

Hi Guyz..

Recently we have noticed SAPLHTTP_RUNTIME captured all dialogue WP as well as update WP got locked in the system.Alll dialogue nd update WP were occupied by SAPLHTTP_RUNTIME and user was SAPSYS.

Can you plz brief me about SAPLHTTP_RUNTIME.. How to overcome this problem without restarting the instance?

• 2011358 - Update work process running for long time SAPLHTTP_RUNTIME report
• 2221067 - SAP_CCMS_MONI_BATCH_DP long running in SAPLHTTP_RUNTIME
• etc.

Usually problem with external web service or other stuck http connection or ADS?
