hi ,

in the tcode PLMD_AUDIT attachment is attached a. when trying to view the PDF file at that time the below error we are getting that too only for few users.

Please check there might be Authorization issue or access to pdf file moight not have to that users .

same user have attached the file.

so ther is no authorisation related issues.

While viewing that file can you do the debug , if yes then go step by step and debug

you will defenately get solution , because generally when you have attached that file might be some prameters which required to attached properly might have left , which are used to view file .

i am able to debug. but all are standard fucntionality.so ther i couldnt find kindl of parameters. i have already debugeed and nothing works.

Check your IE version you might have changed your internet explorer from higher version to lower version .

if you have done so then change that in table "HTTPURLLOC"

this might be problem

i too checket the table HTTPURLLOC there is no entries at all in this table.

Please check this , this will help you a lot .

Always remeber , when you are accesing or viewing any file it is stored application server .

so there should be specific path access from where is is accesed . Basis people can help you in this case

i have read this thread already. but in the standard screen viewing the PDF is the problem. the same user is able to attach. but viewing is the problem. could u pls suggest as its standard.

are dear ,

wether it is standard or customized , when you have attached that file .

1) where it was stored first check that .

2) what were acces during attaching the file such as read , write .

3) then when you are now vieving that file that means you are accesing from same path where it was stored , so

it migth be stored on application server .

4) so check from your basis , that whether the path from where it is accesed is possible for that user or not .

try to go to base of error .
