Go to SE01, check you request, it has a task of type "Repairs", just create another task of type "Development/correction" or "Unclassified" under the same request, you will be allowed to put you include (customer object) in it (an "Unclassified" will then change type to "Development/correction")

(Click on the request header, and in the menu : Request/Task, Create will raise a task creation popup, or right click on header and select "add user" which will also create a new task - check [Functions in the Request Overview|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_sm32/helpdata/EN/b6/b40613a44411d1846d0000e8a57770/frameset.htm])

I think I will use a Work Bench Request instead of a Customizing Request ?

Yes, if you cannot add a "Development/correction" task to your current request, create a "Workbench" request. (Just click on the create icon when creating/saving the include)
