Dear Basis,
Understand that this tcode STAD allows us to check the activities of our users.
But this log only allows me to check the activities for the past 2 or 3 days.
a.) How do I increase the log so that it can at least keep for one month ?
b.) And where is the file kept ?
Thanks.

The STAD shows only the recent statistics, which are aggregated to a more condensed view in the ST03. I think it would be too much overhead to keep the STAD data too long.

true, it will generate overhead.
but the reason i asked for at least one month log is because sometimes user will request us to investigate if their IDs are being misused and posted transaction in different terminal. normally they only send in the request after 1 or 2 weeks.

check the ST03 or ST03N maybe it has enough information and you don't need all the details of the STAD

Hi
By using ST03N we get 1 month statistical records but we can't find the Terminal ID by this , When we use STAD we get 2 last 2 days information with Terminal ID also.
So can it possible for more then 2 daysstatistical records with Terminal ID by STAD.
Thanks and Advance.

I couldn't find terminal id in ST03, does anyone know where can i get it others than from STAD? I would like to write a query to retrieve the statistics but i couldn't find the table, can anyone enlighten me?

there is no other information
there is the STAD and after some time information is condensed and the available in ST03 and ST03N. When it is condensed you loose the information how has executed the program because only the averages of many executions survive.
I guess there is a system parameter which sets the time until which STAD information is kept and of course there are space restrictions. Maybe you can change it.
But actually who cares about detailed information of the day before yesterday. Do your analysis faster and everything is fine.
