Hi

SAP query is USER SPECIFIC and CLIENT SPECIFIC

so other users can not access the query created by you unless you both are in the same user group

Hi,

Check whether it is created in Standard area or Global area.

Standard area is client specific and

Global area is cross client.

Choose correct Query area for u r requirement.

Sankar

Hi,

Queries created using SQVI can be used only by the uesr who created it. SQ01 will help you to create queries and then share with others.

          • From a search result

Reports created using Quickviewer, SQVI, are assigned to a user group

unique to the user that created the report. The unique user group name

is something like 'SYSTQV------'. Thus, only that user can access and

run the report.

You can convert a Quickview to a standard SAP (ABAP)Query using the

'Convert Quickview' option found under the 'QUERY' tab on the SQ01

screen banner bar. Converting a quickview to a standard SAP query allows

report maintenance in the SAP query mode rather than the limited

quickview report options.
