SAP office table differences

Hi

Can you please confirm me about the tables used for GOS attachments.

From Note 904711, I can understand that PC attachment file content is stored physically in SAP Office document table SOFFCONT1 and URL/Notes are stored in table SOC3.

But in forum i could see people are fetching the attachment using SRGBTBEL and SOOD.

Pls confirm where the GOS Attachments are physically stored in and how to confirm.

Can you please tell me whats the difference here..
