SAP GUI Problem

Dear all,

We are in SAP GUI version 640 Final Release.

I am not getting the inbox messages in business workplace displayed in preview mode.

Not sure why it is happening, any ways to resole this.

I don't think this is a GUI problem. In transaction SBWP in the menu go to the Settings and choose Switch on Preview.

I am getting a white screen in the preview pane ...

Sorry for not making it clear .. Any idea why it comes and how we can resolve it.

Even when gone into the inbox message, white screen only appears.

a couple of suggestions:

first isolate if this is specific to you or your machine. Have someone who this works fine for sign on on your pc and see how if works. Then you sign on to their machine and see if if works. If it is specific to your machine - try reloading SAP GUI. It was possibly a bad install. If not your machine it is probably a setting somewhere.

Tried the same. The error is there in a couple of PCs.

Problem resolved.

Downloaded GUI patch 23 issue solved.

Reason for the problem: Internet Explorer 7.0 installation.
