SAP Forms copy

Hi,

I am trying to copy form F140_CASH_DOC1 from 000 to some other client using utility menu -> Copy from Client.

But it is giving the following error :

Form ZTEST2 language * is not available in client 000.

Please let me know how to copy the forms.

did you have specify a language that you would like ?

for ex : MANDT 000 LANGU DE -> MANDT 100 LANGU EN

Check the Original Language ONöy checkbox.

I'm getting the same in my system. It simply does not exist in my system. In any client.

Your steps to copy the form seem right:

Form name F140_CASH_DOC1

Source client 000

Target form ZTEST2

Original language only = space

I believe you've inserted the name of destination form (ZTEST2) in FORM NAME, but

Form name <ORIGINAL FORM>

Source client 000

Target form <DESTINATION FORM>

Once u copied F140_CASH_DOC1 from 000 to ur development client..

after that u need to change the original languge to EN

se71

1.form--F140_CASH_DOC_01

2.language-DE(from the language which u have copied)

3.Dispaly

4.utilities-> convert orig lang

From original language DE

To original language EN

enter.

<u ill come to se71 again atomatically>

5.form--F140_CASH_DOC_01

6.language-EN(the language which u have copied-target).

IF IT IS GIVING SUCH KIND OF ERROR THAN THERE MIGHT BE SOME PROBLEM IN THE LANGUAGE SETTING, IF IT IS IN ALREADY ENGLISH THAN IT SHOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM,TRY TO COPY IT AGAIN AND IF STILL THE PROBLEM PERSIST THAN TALK WITH YOUR BASIS CONSULTANT.

I tried got the same error .Talk to Your basis Guy as there are some areas which need to be explicitly activated before you can start working on them,
