SAFT-PT Problem

Hi all,

We are implementing SAFT-PT and have run into problems.

We have a sandbox system , a development system and a test system that are on the same patch level, we have implemented the same OSS notes in all systems and all config (as far as we know) are the same.

The problem is that in the test system (without any manual changes since all have been transported from dev) the file created using program RSAFT_PT_XML is not in XML-format. It is a flat file (and looks to be ok with respect to the transactions added to the file) that lacks all XML tags.

In sandbox and development we get a good xml file that have passed the authority validation service. But for test-system the file is not ok.

Could there be any missing setup concerning DMEE? I have extracted the program code for RSAFT_PT_XML from dev and test and checked for differences using an online service and the text files are 100% the same. I have looked at note 1459306 and all the attached notes and all is implemeted in all systems.

Any hints at all?

regards,

Glenn

Hi, Were you able to implement Note 1774936 & 1517894. Is there any change in the legal requirement to have digital invoices ?

Hi,

I have implemented 1774936.

I cannot remember implemeting the other note myself. But the entire SAFT-file implementation was first handled as a support issue by the client and that was handled by their support partner (which is another SAP consultancy company). When I was brought on-board a lot of basic settings were already done.

Concerning the legal reuirements. There are some signature that are to be added to all invoice documents that also should be in the reporting file. I am not aware of other requirements than that.

And concerning my problem I had when I started the thread. There where xml-tags all along but due to an error with an unfinished tag, those didn't show in internet explorer . I found them lately when using another xml-viewer.

regards,

Glenn
