RFC Error

Dear Friends,

We are trying to send an email from SAP R/3 system where it will trigger at front end. But we are getting following error message -

"Exception occured Please maintain an output device in your user master data., error key: RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE".

Please let me know where is the problem ? and it;s solution.

Which function you used to send email?

Check based on that

We are using SAP standard FM - SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1.

You need to check whether error occurs happened when connection to SAP or error happened when calling this RFc.

Hi Nilesh,

This is bcz the RFC destination is not configured correctly in SM59.
