how to retrieve technical settings for existing structure? Is it somewhere in SE11?

We do not have the Technical settings for the Structures

sorry you are right, it is my mistake - I wanted to create structure, but left radio box as for table... now I have created a table... is it possible to delete this table?

yes you can delete the table in SE11 -> enter table name -> click on delete button.
