Restrict changes to FI Parked Document

Hello Friends,

Description : I am working on Journal entry workflow mechanism . There is a possiblity of users parking a document more than 999 line items in which case , we split the document and enter an extra line item containing a balancing line account ( offset account ) .

Issue : while accessing the workflow/parked document , Users are able to delete this balancing line item . This causes an issue in accounting terms even if the user balances the currency amount after deletion.

I need to somehow restrict the user from deleting the line item containing the offset/balancing account.

Please assist.

Note : I cannot get away with the offset account method , we need this for tracking purpose in the workflow.
