Requirement routine for populating condition record

Hi Experts, I need to create a requirement routine to populate the condition record at the time of sales order and invoice level. This is new to me can anybody explain me how to proceed for my req.

transaction vofm - ask your functional support for a similar standard one and copy that

Initially goto VOFM. From menu select the appropriate requirement which suits ur requirement.

go into it and specify the required fields. here you can create a copy control routinue and u need to get access key to write specified code to work.
