Hi I have created a report...how the other people can access that report?

Hi,

Here is the Procedure

step 1 :go to se93

step2 : give the TCode, click on CREATE

step3 : give the short text and select the radio button depending on the program

for eg: Report (select Report transaction 1st radio button)

step4 : give the program name,.

step5 : Here you come across with the package name. if u are practising then click on local object. if u r working for a client then go with package of the client.

now other people can execute ur report directly with the TCode

Hi,

Once you hace created a report, all the people who are user's in that system will be able to access that report if they know the report name, else you can create a transaction for that report using SE93 transaction and then give the transaction to all or create an Area menu entry so that it appears in the SAP-easy Access menu.

Since all the programs are stored in a Repository everyone who as acess to that system can access the report but using Authorization objects you can control the execution of that report.

Do u want all other users to acces that or only ur colleagues

If it is a executable report then its better to create an Tcode for your report by going to SE93
