pls help me to develop a report that gives a purchase order wise Goods Receipt document and invoice receipt details line item wise.

Hi,

Use the following tables to get the details from Purchase order,

Purchase order : EKKO, EKPO

Goods receipt : Pass EKBE-BELNR to MKPF & MSEG to get the GR details,

Invoice receipt: Pass EKKO-EBELN to RKPF & RSEG respectively and get the corresponding Invoice receipt details for that Purchase order,

You can get the purchase order information from EKKO and EKPO database table. As for GR and IR information you can check the table EKBE with VGABE as 1 or 2.

SELECT EKKO_{fields EKPO}Fields EKBE~fields

from EKPO inner join EKKO on ebeln

inner join EKBE on ebeln and ebelp.
