remote compare function modules

Hi guys,

Does anybody here knows how to do a remote compare of two functions modules residing in two different systems? One system is R/3 4.6c while the second one is ECC 6.0. I tried using SE39, but it gives me an error that the other system is not in table RFCDES.

Before doing the remote comparison in SE39, you have to create an RFC destination connecting to the other system in SM59
