when we use the transaction VL03N and enter the header button then we get a tab of PARTNER

in that tab we have two fields partner function and partner

from which table i can get the data of the partner related to that delivery

You can get the values of Partner Function - PARVW from the table EKPA.

The PARTNER can be found from the table VBPA2.
