regarding RFC/IDOC

Dear experts

I need to do JAVA to SAP integration and in my R/3 there is no data.how can i develope the inteface.whether at SAP side there exists a BAPI or RFC then i can do or what?plz suggest me?

my problem is at R/3 side am not having any data.All the data is avolable in JAVA.I need to do integration using XI.Alternatively i can do it using BAPI na.And at receiver side for SAP system i am not suppose to create manual data type and manual message type.So how can i develope the interface from JAVA to SAP.
