Report programs are not client Dependant they are mainly client independant. If you go to TADIR which stores all the programs you wont find that table to be client dependant.

report Program is made for a particular client so we can say they are client-specific but not dependant.

hi,

No dear programs are client independent they can be accessed from any client say for example you have made one program in client 100 and you want to check that for quality in 300 you can directly login to 300 and goto se38 and open the program and run .

Hello Subash,

Programs cannot be client dependent. Because it makes no sense for a developer to write a seperate program for each client. Hence programs are client independent. Use them in the way the client want to.

if u create a program in one client u can see and execute from other client also..

Hi,

Programs are client independent.

You can easily find out whether programs are client dependent or independent like this.

All the Programs are stored in the table TADIR.

Goto this table and see the fields ,there is no MANDT field .

So, that means the tables which have MANDT ( i.e Data type

CLNT) those are client dependent.

So, Any clien can see the programs because they are client-independent.
