hi,
In LSMW you can do this in SPECIFY FILES step.
double click on where you are giving the file and there in file structure you
have 2 options.
if you select first radiobutton you can use headers in file or
you can use second one.

Hi,
Try specifying transaction number as 2 in select-options low value and last record in select options high value in the step READ DATA of LSMW.
Say for example there as 20 record in the file , specify 2 to 20 in the transaction number in READ DATA step.

Hi,
Is there any identifier to demarcate the header record and item records in your data?
are you using the same structure or different structure for storing both header and item records?

Hi Sai,
In 'Specify Files' step
under 'File Structure' check the check box 'Field Names at Start of File'.

In LSMW at the time of specifying the file location, there is a check box to indicate if the file contains Headers. Check this.
