Hi,

If any possible for reference user?

A is main person the same access give to B.

If any update it is automatically change to B also.

Sorry. Reference User or Reference Role Which one possible regarding the Buddy System we give the access.( Backup Person )

Hi ,

this function exists for assigning authorizations and its name is 'referenceuser'....

Simply create a user of type 'reference' in SU01 (usertype on logon-tab).

then assign the roles to this reference user.

Then assign this reference user to user A and user B.

Now both users A,B have the same authorizations. If you change authorizaitons of the reference user, for instance assign an additional role, both user will get this change in parallel. other settings than authorizations are not affected by this function, only authorizations assigned.
