You can use transaction RRMX to navigate to Query Designer. You can select & delete ur query there.
Also you can use T-Code RSZDELETE to delete the QUERY. But make sure u have the authorization for the same.
yes in SQ01 you could delete it and infoset you could delete in SQ02. Deleting goes to trash can where you could undelete it if needed..
