Query doesn't exist in SQ01

Hello experts

I am trying to regenerate some Queries in Productive Enviorement, everything was going good so far but now I have one "Z" transaction that is linked to a Query program that I can't find in SQ01 Transaction and nowhere else!!!

I looked for it in the PROGDIR table to see if this program really exists and it was there just like the other queries I regenerated for before but I can't find it in the SQ01. Another reason I have thought about is that I can't find it in SQ01 just because it is not a Query program, I don't know.

Another thing that strikes me is that the name of the program is slightly different from the other queries I have regenerated before, I don't know if this means something:

Query succesfully regenerated:

AQQORH==========BAJAS_COM=====

Query that I want to regenerate but doesn't exists in SQ01:

AQQOSYSTQV000003PROV-CTABCO===

From executing the FM RSAQ_DECODE_REPORT_NAME and I obtain:

WORKSPACE

USERGROUP : SYSTQV000003

QUERY : PROV-CTABCO

Nevertheless, Usergroup SYSTQV000003 doesn't exists in SQ03.

Any suggestions on this?

In your case query was created as quick view (tcode SQVI or button in SQ01).

By default you can see only your own quick views in quick viewer.

Then, if someone else created the query, I will not be able to regenerate it in productive enviorement?

The reason for this question is because I'm trying to regenerate the queries in productive enviorement because when I try to execute the Z transactions related to those queries, a dump is presented showing the "non existing" programa belonging to the query.

Is there any options to regenerate that query from SQVI transaction in productive enviorement?

The user group does exist; it's just not a standard query user group that you can see in SQ03. Although you can assign quickviews to transactions, it's not a common practice and I doubt you would have any transactions that need to have their source re-gen'd as you indicated with your other query transactions. As the previous poster mentioned, you can only see your own quickviews in SQVI, so you can't re-gen someone else's quickviews directly as far as I know. However, you could trigger the re-gen from a program using the same logic, i.e., pull a list of quickviews and call the generation routine in RSAQGENR.

You're right, I solved this problem by login into the system with the user who created the Query from SQVI and re-generated from there and everything was solved.

you can check the owner of the program Query in the PROGDIR table.
