I don't in what perspective you are asking , Software Quality Assurence means "A code which is going to be delivered doesn's contain any bug and tested for all N possibilites Also the Code not meet the User Requirement it also adopts the Best Praticises in the Industry , Finally we can say it as High Quality Code which also meets the User Requirement".
