PRT using BAPI_ROUTING_CREATE

Hello friends,

I am facing problems with PRT creation in Routing create with BAPI_ROUTING_CREATE . i am getting one error ' The PRT can not be uniquely assigned to an operation' always. i tried to pass all fieds, but in vain. can anybody tell me what fields need to passed to create PRT for routing using BAPI.

I am using matrial aswell as document allocation in PRT.

We are also facing same type of this problem during upload second Operation. so Can you suggest the solution. How to do this.
