Profiles getting deleted during User comparison

Hi All,

We have a peculiar problem wherein the profiles get deleted from the user when we do the user master comparison. The validity period of the deleted roles was 31.12.9999. The change document for the roles shows "no changes" where as the change documents for the users shows "profiles deleted". Any pointers / suggestions to this issue would be a big help

Please check out the validity date of users. IF users are expired then also we have seen profiles getting deleted from user's access.

Also if its HR system then check if the roles were assigned to positions?? check the validity of the personnel/positions? Check if the roles were directly assigned or indirectly assigned.

Are you using CUA for assignment of roles?

If you look at the role itself in PFCG , is the profile still there?

Yes, the exact same profile which showed up in the change documents as "deleted" appears in the profile name in PFCG -> authorization tab
