Production version is not getting created using ALE-IDOC

Hi all,

Am using BD10 to transfer the material from sending to receving system.All the views are geting sent successfuly accept the production version tab data of MRP4 view.The segment is available in the standard IDOC.But prodction TAB is not getting created at receving system .Please help to resolve this issue.

Hi Sanu,

Try this approch:

1) Goto WE20

2) Select the Logical system you are sending the Material Data

3) Under Outbound parameters, Double click your message type

4) Here If you are using correct Basic Type and Correct Seg. Release.

5) Do F1 for aditional help

BD10 Send Material..

the reason might be Production tab is not created is the segment is not a mandatory..

and the data is not populating for that fields.

if the segment is not madatorty and data is not available for the fields in the segment ..the prodction TAB will not be created ..

The segment is populated and data is sent but still the tab is not created.

Check with your functional consultant whether they are having any

restriction for that view or it is maintained through SPRO or not.

The tab is visible in the view but the data is not visible in the tab.Please help.

Check whether they are using any filtering technique to filter the segment

using BD56 transaction.

Also check whether data is getting aptured in that segment using WE02 transaction.

No filtering is applied.

The data is captured in the segment at receiving end.Please help.
