hi,
explaine me abt production support tools like MASTERO, FTP, PTS, DTS AND COMPASS.
hw will u handle tickets using these tools for handling
diff issues in support projects

Hi,
Production support is tool means.
After implementing the project. If the client faces any problem he put the problem with detail explanation in that one. Support time will see that message and they will start modifying that one.
Simply it is like our sdn posting . If u get any problem somebody is seeing and solving the problem.
But it is company product the members will be only company employees.
