Production order Data Migration

Hi All,

I want to perform data migration for production order. Please let me know how can I go about it either through LSMW or BAPI or IDOC etc.

Hi,

I have done that but the problem is i am getting the information message "No process code can be found for the message type LOIPRO"

This is because I guess the basic type LOIPRO01 is an outbound idoc.

So please let me know whether it is possible with idoc method as this idoc is Outbound.

If possible, please let me know how it has to be done in detail.

first option is LSMW.

if u dont have much customized logic in the Prod.order go with LSMW.

otherewise IDOC and next is BAPI.

Hi all,

what is the standard method we are using in LSMW for production order as we do for Material master or customer master. I could not find anything related to production order in Direct input method in LSMW.

You can use an LSMW. In the first screen to maintain object attributes, choose IDoc, Message Type = 'LOIPRO' and Basic Type = 'LOIPRO01'.
