Problems with dowloading UI Development Toolkit for HTML5

Hi, i have some problems with downloading UI Development Toolkit for HTML5 from link http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/webcontent/uuid/c08465d5-b833-2f10-e59d-f67a5c....

When I try to download, I keep getting an error "Unfortunately we have trouble completing your download request. Please contact sdn@sap.com for further support."  

There's license agreement  for 90 days, but only for Canada and the U.S. But if you are not from these countries, what you have to do?
