Point understood & appreciated !!
But what is the use of posting duplicate threads ?
‎2010 Feb 17 7:03 AM
I had already replied to his thread here which was posted same time with this post.
That is why i asked him not to post duplicate threads again.
NB:Plz don't comment without having enough information.

Hi Saha,
Nice Question ...
Advise them by providing the respective links... so that he can refer to those links and he can solve his pb on his own.
It is not a matter to send links to them rather than commenting on the question.

Hi Gautham,
Thank u for providing the link. If u provided that link in ur first posting it self, this misunderstanding might not happen b/w us. Thats wat i pointed. Any how thank u for understanding.
Hi Sateesh,
If u r not satisfied with the replies to ur posts, u can reply to them by saying ur pb with that reply. U cant post the same question again and again. It will be look very bad on u. U might not get answers for ur future posts. Becoz of these things other developers will get hesitate to post. Kindly dont do this again. I hope u understand my point.

Some points to Kaduri.abap
1. Posting the same question more than once is not permitted. The duplicate, probably with Gautham's answer, unfortunately, has been deleted.
2. It's generally considered in the internet world, to be quite rude for a newbie to criticise the actions of a long time member. When you've served your time, and understand how the forum works, and follow the rules yourself (see point 3), then you may be in a position to comment.
3. The language of this forum is professional English. SMS/IM/Text messaging abbreviations are frowned upon. First, because it looks sloppy, but mainly because it is hard enough for a native English speaker to decipher, never mind someone who isn't fluent in the language. Spell words out in full
4. If a question is easily answered by simply posting links, then the original poster could also have found those links by a bit of applied research. Posting just links in your answers will result in your post being rejected.
5. Pay attention to moderator direction. People have lost their accounts by simply ignoring our guidance.

Hi Matt,
I dont want to expand ths issue more than its density. It is appreciate if you understand my point towards the posts of duplicates. Any how thank you for suggesting. But still i am requesting all to give replies by sending the links for duplicate post and ask them to delete the posts.

No. Duplicate posts must be reported to the moderators for deletion or rejection. Posts will be deleted if they're accidental - the forum software has some bugs. If they're deliberate, then the poster is breaking the rules.
The rules exist to prevent harm to the forums as a whole. What helps an individual, may well hurt the forums. Which the moderators have to clean up. If you don't agree with the rules, then you are free to join any other online forums. Anyone who persistently and deliberately breaks the rules will have their account deleted.
Think about this. Many moderators are experts in their field. The more time they spend tidying up, the less time they have to answer questions on the forums. You lose out on our knowledge.
I hope that is clear enough.

I think thats already happening, that too mainly in the ABAP General forum considering the huge amount of posts being posted and the time the mods spend in cleaning up the mess We rarely see mods replying to questions with technical answers
