problem with processing sessions in back ground.

I have one issue where user is unable to process one session in back ground using SM35 . Could you please tell me wht is the root cause for this and how to start investigation on this issue?

Did you check the Log?

Is any data is there in that session?

Is User Authorizations are in place?

There are many reasons...
