Problem with BAPI BAPI_INSPOPER_RECORDRESULTS -- User exit not called

Dear SDNers,

I am facing a problem with BAPI BAPI_INSPOPER_RECORDRESULTS. The bapi does not call user exit EXIT_SAPLQEEM_015.

The bapi has the same function as transaction QE11. While in QE11 a call to exit EXIT_SAPLQEEM_015 is made. However bapi does not make a call to user exit.

Does some one has experience in this area?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Can you make sure the Exit implementation is Active or the Project is Active .

Both are active, this Exit is being called, when i run QE11 transaction
