Hi,
I want to bypass the retro processed records from the payroll result, for the pernr.
How to find check for the retro records?

Hi Heena,
For retro periods, the FOR PERIOD and IN PERIOD will be different. Hence you may select only corresponding records or after selecting all, you may remove from your itab.

Thanks for the reply. See I am fetching the RGDIR and then now would apply the criteria on loop for RGDIR.
Right?
Is there any FM do the same?

Hi again,
Yes. To keep it simple, we can do like this also.
(we can remove records from RGDIR from our internal table and keep only those which have same periods).
eg. like this
where itab contains records from HRPY_RGDIR.
loop at my itab.
if itab-FPPER NE itab-INPER.
delete myitab.
endif.
endloop.
