Problem processing BDC - Action Box Link

Hi:

I'm recording a BDC for transaction IW52.  The steps I'm taking are, first, type in the service notification number then hit enter.  Next, I click on a link to "Create Repair Order" inside the action box.  A pop-up window then appears where I enter input values.  Finally, I click SAVE to save the changes.

During BDC processing, the step to click on the link in the action box to bring up the pop-window does not work .  The BDC just quit running at this point.  To continue, I have to manually click on the link in the action box to bring up the pop-window.

Does anybody know how to fix this problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The problem I'm having is that BDC does not jump to the link. If it works properly, a pop-up window should appear, but it does not. 

I can run the transaction IW52 successfully.  But I would like to use a BDC to do this for data conversion.
