problem in table maintenance

Hi Gurus.

I created one ztable and also table mainenance .

but in sm30 the table is not showed blank screen is showing. here I am not able to create entries.

please give me the reply.

the problem is not clear...

but one suggestion is that that delete the existing one and please regenerate the table maintainace generator..

Hi,

did u have given

overview screen either 2 or 1

if it is 2 then one screen for display and other for create or change

and if it is 1 then it will act for both

you have to click on new entries then it will work

Hi,

The table maintenance is not properly created.You have to give the authorization as &NC&,entera new function group,maintenance type as one or two

and then click the create button and save.

SM30 is the tcode used to input the values/User Entries in the dictionary object (table) cretaed in SE11 after creating the tables maintenance generator

table maintanance Generator is used to manually

input values using transaction sm30

follow below steps

1) go to se11 check table maintanance check box under

attributes tab

2) utilities-table maintanance Generator->

create function group and assign it under

function group input box.

also assign authorization group default &NC& .

3)

select standard recording routine radio in table

table mainitainence generator to move table

contents to quality and production by assigning

it to request.

4) select maintaience type as single step.

5) maintainence screen as system generated numbers

this dialog box appears when you click on create

button

6) save and activate table

Hi,

In the table Attributes, the table type should be maintanence allowed

Just recreate the Table maintanence for that table, Give the Over screen as 0 and 1, then Save the maintanence

Hi,

In table see whether display/maintenance allowed is maintained in Delivery and Maintenance tab. If its not there make it display maintenance allowed.Only then you can create entries using table maintenance generator.

Hi debo,

I have given display maintenance allowed.

but it is not working .

blank screen is showing in sm30 . I clicked on new entries but it came out to initial screen of sm30.

Make a new table maintenance generator and then activate the whole thing. I think this should work out. I think the previous table maintenance generator was not updated about the latest display maintenance allowed. go to se14, give the table name, and activate and adjust database table. It should work.

utilites>table maintainance generator>Authorization Group : ASK ur FC(For all &NC&)

Function group: Ztable name.

go to extra-->enhancement catagory>can be enhanced...

If u want that table to maintain by tcode

go to se93

give name>create>short text>Select last radio button>

transaction>>>SM30

At end...u will find
