Problem in smartforms folder & command

Hi,

In my case I have to use folder (to bring the footer window) in output and command to call last page for terms & condition. If I use both (folder & command) in smartforms my footer window is not appearing in output. But if I delete my command in smartform, Footer window is appearing in output. Kindly help to resolve my problem, How can I use both in my smartforms.

Hi,

"Command" must be the upper part, "folder" must be the lower part.
