problem in background execution

hi,

in one of the tcode , if we execute the TCode in foreground the entries are displayed correctly where as same tcode if we execute in background for few fields the data is not displaying showing enitre row of the particular field empty.

please let me know whats the probelm why data is not displaying in background.

How are u displaying the data.....as alvreport,classic,smartform or script...?
