Problem in ALV Grid Display

Hi,

On executing the report where we used the FM, REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY, output of the report is shown as a blank excel in SAP rahter than showing it in Grid format. Can some one help me in identifying what the problem is?

After displaying report choose "view" button from the toolbar and select "Grid" instead of "Excel Inplace" and save the layout as DEFAULT variant

Save Option is available in toolbar button "select Layout"

ok. I will check that. But the strange thing is, i am not facing this problem in development environment. i am having this error only in quality. any idea of what would be the problem?

Check anybody changed the default variant /DEFAULT in QA ? and also check whether you are getting this same for all ALV reports in QA ?

Where can i check this? will it be maintained specific to a particular program or globally?

From the output of the report select "select layout" from toolbar then choose "manage layout" here you can find who changed the layout

Do you mean after downloading the data from the ALV grid to an excel file, the excel is blank?

if your layout change then press "CHOOSE LAYOUT" button or CTRL+F9
