Problem in ALV Display

Hi,

I have changed the display structure of an ALV report from structure A to structure B. I have changed the fieldcat internal table accordingly which I pass on to reuse_alv_grid_display FM. I also have relevent data in proper format in the data internal table. But when i display the list, it displays the list in previous structure with columns in same old order.

Is there a problem with buffers. Can anyone please suggest resolution to it.

Hello,

Please check ur field catalog properly for changes done. after that check for final internal table

i think some problem is there in ur field catalog internal table or else check for structure properly.

Hi,

IF You ALV is a grid, did You try using the 'change layout' option in Your ALV, or if it is a list did Yoy check in administrator, whether Your fields appear. if so You will have to change the layout, and save it as default.

Yeah the problem was with layout only, I am getting output in my desired format by changing the layout and then saving it. Thank you all for your help.

You should check the layout that is being used for display of the ALV.

Hey ,

you must have not changed the itab and the structure of alv in Function module for display of ALV.

Can you share that , i can help you further.
