Hi,

In smartforms am having an image for barcode .It is displayed in print preview,while am giving print

Barcode image is not displaye.May i know the reason?

Hi Anitha,

     Might be the printer is not configured to print barcode or might not be compatible. Can you please consult with Basis person to check for printer compatibility and configuration.

Hi Arun,

   Canon printer.But small size bard code image is to be displayed.Little bit thicker image only not displayed

                 Yeah i think it is an barcode problem. last week i have  bought one TVS barcode printer but havn't get any problem like this. Please save the smartforms report as PDF file and after saving it please check it out whether barcode is printing or What?.
